Philippians Verse by Verse

This book, depending on the translation, records the word “joy” and “rejoice” 10 to 14 times. Thus, Bible scholars often call Paul’s letter to the Philippians his “Letter of Joy.” This class will explore biblical history that undergirds the book and the richness of thanksgiving, love and encouragement for practical and personal Christian living amid persecution and internal dissension within the body of Christ.

Run for God is a guide to running and a twelve-week training plan aimed at running a 5K, but with a Christian focus. Author Mitchell Hollis introduces runners to the similarities between running and witnessing for Christ.
